- Take a ring that fits your finger well
- Measure the inside diameter in millimeters
- Match to the chart below
METHOD 2: MEASURE YOUR FINGER
- Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger
- Mark where it overlaps
- Measure the length in millimeters
- Divide by 3.14 to get diameter
