RETURNS & EXCHANGES

One-of-a-Kind Pieces (ADVENTUS):

• All sales final due to the unique nature of each piece
• No returns or exchanges

Made-to-Order Pieces:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition
• Item must be unworn with all original packaging
• Refund issued minus return shipping costs
• One free size exchange within 30 days of delivery
• Email studio@ruinacollection.com to initiate a return or exchange

Sizing:

• Made-to-order pieces cannot be resized after production begins
• Please measure carefully or visit a local jeweler to confirm your size
• One free size exchange is available within 30 days if the size is wrong

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We'll arrange return and replacement at no cost to you

Custom/Engraved Pieces:

• All sales final, no returns or exchanges
